Confuse to solve Baseband problem on GT18190N

1st i have a problem on galaxy s3 mini gt18190n - baseband, no network,  i met several person to solve it but all failed. After that try to took information from Google and apply Cyanogenmod 6.2 custom by odin3.4 after updet of Cyano11 than victory..... update cyano, try several. But now Signature varify failed. Than try toggle verify stop and try again custom rom. Hi???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Baseband problem ????????????????????????? please brother give me a perfect solution with details. you know ? Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
